STEP 1 : Cutting a potato
• Take the potato, cut and make it in to half with paper cutter.
STEP 2 : Drawing the design
• Draw a guideline of flower motif on the surface of the potato.
STEP 3 : Trimming the design
• Cut the part around the flower motif in such a way that the flower should be raised for us to take the prints on the pouch. Refer to the image.
STEP 4 : Printing
• Take Fabric Colours Orange 217 and Prussian Blue 219 in to the palette and start making the flower prints on the plain pouch randomly.
• Similarly make the leaves on the potato and make the prints of the leaves using Fabric Colour Light Green 212.
• Leave it to dry completely.
• Make the stems of the flowers with dotted lines using Fabric Colours Light Green 212. Let it dry.
