STEP 1 : Prepare Bottle & Clay Base
- To craft a warli design, take any glass bottle.
- For the base coat, mix a bit of Fevicryl Acrylic Chrome Yellow and White to create an off-white shade and paint the bottle.
- Allow it to dry.
- While it's drying, take Fevicryl Mouldit.
- Mix the resin and hardener in equal quantities to get an even dough.
- Roll a small circular piece of the dough, press it on an even slab to flatten it, and then stick it onto the bottle using Fevicol MR.
STEP 2 : Paint Clay Element
- Take the off-white shade you created earlier and paint the circular clay piece that you've stuck on the bottle.
STEP 3 : Trace Warli Design
- Once all the paint is dry, take a pencil and trace paper.
- Draw your desired Warli design.
- Carefully trace this design onto the painted glass bottle.
STEP 4 : Prepare Paint Colours
- Take Fevicryl Acrylic Black and Indian Red shades.
- These will be used to paint the baseof the bottle in a strip pattern.
STEP 5 : Paint Figures & Details
- Take a thin brush and paint the Warli figures and motifs onto the bottle with the Fevicryl Acrylic Colour Indian Red and Black.
- Add details and intricate circular patterns as part of the Warli design.
STEP 6 : Final Look
- Continue painting all the Warli details. Allow all painted areas to dry completely.
- This is the final look of your unique Warli art glass bottle, which you can use as a decorative item.
