Rangoli Design With Corrugated Sheets
You Will Need:
Fevicryl Acrylic Colours Ultramarine Blue 23, White 27, Neon Yellow 011, Neon Orange 017, Neon Pink 018, Fevicryl Acrylic Colour Pearl Metallic Gold 352, Fevicryl Acrylic Colour Sparkling Pearl Dark Blue 904, Fevicryl 3 D Outliner White 707, Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Fine Art Brush, 12” X 12” Size Mdf Board, Corrugated Sheet (Corrugated Box Flaps), Ruler, Pencil, Paper Cutter, Scissors, Colour Palette, Water Container.

Have you been ordering a lot of stuff online and have a lot of corrugated boxes? This festive season make a colouful and bright rangoli with these boxes and make the best use of waste.
STEP 1 : Source the base
• We are going to make and paint a rangoli design using corrugated sheets and Acrylic colours.
• Take 12” x 12” size MDF board or you may use a piece of corrugated sheet too.
STEP 2 : Paint the base
• Paint the board with the base coat of Acrylic Colour White 27.
• Let it dry.
STEP 3 : Draw the design
• Draw a geometrical rangoli design on it by leaving ½” border from all the sides.
STEP 4 : Cutting the sheets
• Take the corrugated sheet, draw and cut the similar geometrical shapes out of the sheet.
• The corrugated cut outs will look like this.
STEP 5 : Painting the shapes
• Paint all the pieces with the base coat of Acrylic Colour White 27.
• Leave it to dry.
• Paint the cutouts along with the MDF board base using Acrylic Colours Ultramarine Blue 23, White 27, Neon Yellow 011, Neon Orange 017, Neon Pink 018, Fevicryl Acrylic Colour Pearl Metallic Gold 352 by adding little amount of Acrylic Colour Sparkling Pearl Dark Blue 904 in Ultramarine Blue Shade to give little sparkling effect.
• Leave it to dry completely.
STEP 6 : Stick the pieces
• Stick the painted pieces appropriately by following the design using Fabric Glue.
• Leave it to dry.
STEP 7 : Painting the outline
• Paint the outline of the Rangoli design with 3 D Outliner White 707.
• Let it dry.
