You Will Need:

Fevicryl Acrylic Colours Black 02, White 27, Fevicryl Pastel Acrylic Shades Cappuccino Brown, Fevicryl Mouldit, Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Fine Art Brushes Used Old Coffee Mug, Small Size Paper Cup, Clay Modelling Tools, Rolling Pin, Colour Palette, Water Container.

This adorable kangaroo pen holder keeps your desk organized with a touch of playful charm.  Hand-sculpted from clay, it's a unique and functional addition to any workspace.  A perfect blend of cuteness and practicality.

 

STEP 1 : Prepare the Base
  • Let’s turn an old coffee mug into something unique and exciting! 

  • Take an old worn-out coffee mug and a paper cup  to make a kangaroo and its joey in the pouch. 

  • Take Fevicryl Mouldit, resin and hardener, mix it well to make an even dough. 

  • Place the small paper cup in from of the coffee mug by sticking with Fabric Glue and spread the evenly rolled clay all over the paper cup. 

  • Let it dry. 

  • Refer to the image. 

STEP 2 : Form the design
  • Roll and shape the clay with Clay Modelling Tools to form the face of the kangaroo. 

  • Create two elongated faces, one for paper cup and one for coffee mug. 

  • Let it dry. 

  • Refer to the image. 

STEP 3 : Paint the design
  • Coat the base of the clay with Fevicryl Acrylic White 27. 

  • Let it dry. 

  • Then paint the design using Fevicryl Acrylic Black 02, White 27 and Fevicryl Pastel Acrylic Cappuccino Brown. 

  • Let it dry. 

  • Refer to the image.
