How To Make A Tray At Home
You Will Need:
Fevicryl Acrylic Colours White 27, Cerulean Blue 32, Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Fine Art Brushes, Fevicol MR, Paper Cutter, Ruler, Pencil, Colour Palette, Water Container, Corrugated box flap, Newspaper, Bowl, PVC pipes.

clay modelling DIY. This Father’s Day art trophy can be used as a pen holder too.
STEP 1
Take a corrugated box flap and cut them into dimensions mentioned below:
Base: 25 by 21 cms
Sides: Length 25 cms by 3 cms and breadth 21 by 3 cms
Partitions: 24.6 cm by 5 cm, 10. 5 cm by 1.5 cms and 5 cm by 1.5 cms
STEP 2
We have made the pen holders with paper mache. For this tear the newspaper into very small bits and soak them in a bowl of water for 24 hours.
STEP 3
Squeeze all the water out of the newspaper and mix it with Fevicol MR to make dough like consistency.
STEP 4
Mold the dough around two sizes of PVC pipes to make the pen holders. Leave them to dry thoroughly.
STEP 5
Stick all the pieces onto the base as shown in the image with Fabric Glue. Leave it to dry.
Then colour the tray and the pen holders with Fevicryl Colour White 27.
STEP 6
Paint the tray and the pen holders in Bargello pattern using Fevicryl Acrylic Colour Cerulean Blue as shown in the image.
Leave it to dry.

Your stationery tray is ready to gift to your father!
