Take a cardboard or a cake base cover it with scrapbook paper of your choice,cut the shining foam sheet as a frame to fit the photos of your choice, now take volume decoupage sheet and cut the flowers and follow the instructions on the cover .Now arrange all of them accordingly. Paste them using Glue Gun.
STEP 2
Decorate the frame with extra stickers and pearls to make it attractive.
