You Will Need:

Fevicryl Acrylic Colours Burnt Sienna 01, Chrome Yellow 03, Crimson 04, Dark Green 06, Orange 17, Pink 18, Prussian Blue 19, Turquoise Blue 22, White 27, Cerulean Blue 32, Neon Green 012, Orange 017, Fevicryl 3D Cone Outliner Non Sticky White 707, Fevicryl 3D Neon Outliners Kit, Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Fine Art Brushes, Plain MDF Wooden Box, Ruler, Pencil, Colourful Beads (Small Sized), Ornamental Stones (Small Sized Round Shaped Blue, Pink, Red), Colourful Sequins, Colourful Ball Chain, Colourful Fabric Pieces, Scissors, Tailoring Chalk, Round Glass Mirrors (Small, Medium Sized), Colour Palette, Water Container .

Description :

Boxes hold a lot, sometimes jewellery sometimes memories but always something which is to cherish! So the box should be as precious as the things they hold. Here a simple box has been transformed into a stunning chest with Fevicryl Acrylic Colours and Fevicryl Fabric Glue. Read more to know how!

STEP 1 : Painting the base

• Take MDF wooden box. • Paint the box with the base coat of Acrylic Colour White 27. • Let it dry. • Divide the lid and the walls of the box by making the small squares all over. • Refer to the image.

STEP 2 : Painting the squares

• Paint each square with different colours using Acrylic Colours Burnt Sienna 01, Chrome Yellow 03, Crimson 04, Dark Green 06, Orange 17, Pink 18, Prussian Blue 19, Turquoise Blue 22, White 27, Cerulean Blue 32, Neon Green 012 and Neon Orange 017. • Let it dry.

STEP 3 : Cutting and sticking fabric in the squares

• Take the colourful fabric pieces. • Mark and cut few small and medium circles which will fit in each painted squares with a pair of the scissors. • Stick the cut circles aesthetically in to each square using Fabric Glue. • Make sure that you can stick few small and big circles one on the other randomly. • Leave it to dry completely.

STEP 4 : Sticking on the walls

• Similarly stick the fabric circles on the walls of the box with Fabric Glue. • Let it dry.

STEP 5 : Enhancing the design

• Enhance the circles by sticking Small Sized Colourful Beads, Ornamental Stones Small Sized Round Shaped Blue, Pink, Red, Colourful Sequins, Colourful Ball Chain and Small, Medium Sized Round Glass Mirrors using Fabric Glue. • Let it dry. • Paint doted lines around the few circles and outline each square using 3D neon outliner yellow. • Leave it to dry completely.
