You Will Need:
Fevicryl Acrylic Colours - Magenta 13, Turquoise Blue 22, Light Green 12, White 27, Fevicryl 3D Cone Outliner Pearl - Golden Yellow 308, Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue, Fine Art Brushes, Colour Palette Water Container, Colour Palette, Thread, Scissors, Beige Fabric, Beige Skirt
Description :
This skirt is decorated with flowers made by using basic Tie and Dye techniques. You can achieve brilliant colours by merely merging effects and textures using this technique. It's more like enjoying with colours than painting.
STEP 1
Take a beige coloured cotton fabric and cut circles in 3 different sizes, the biggest size being about 6 “
You may choose the fabric in the colour of your choice
STEP 2
Spread them flat and pick them from the centre
Tie them tightly with threads leaving the gaps
Mix Acrylic Colours - Magenta and Turquoise Blue and Turquoise Blue, Light Green and White to make some earthy blue shades
Colour the tied fabric and leave it to semi dry
STEP 3
Cut the threads and open the circles
Outline the circles with 3D Cone Outliner Pearl - Golden Yellow
Let it dry
Assemble the different sized circles to create a layered flower as per your requirement
Stick all the flowers on the skirt with No Stitch Fabric Glue
