Shaker Card Idea

You Will Need:

Fevicryl Acrylic Colour Black 02, Light Green 12, Orange 17, Fevicryl Fabric Glue, A3 Sized White Card Paper, Sequins (Tri Colour), OHP Sheet, Pencil, Ruler, Paper Cutter, Scissors.

Description :
On the occasion of 72nd Independence Day make this special shaker card to give to fellow Indians. Learn how to make a shaker card with this greeting card making DIY idea by following this tutorial. It is fun to make and comes with a message of peace.
STEP 1
Take an A3 sized white card paper, Mark and cut the Square shape measuring approximately 8” x 16” in size to make the card. Fold the paper in the center. Draw a square by leaving 1” border from all the sides on the card.
STEP 2
Draw the outline of the pigeon in the square. Make sure that when you will draw the pigeon the outline of the pigeon will touch the border of the square. Cut the negative space around the pigeon with a paper cutter. Refer to the image
STEP 3
Take an OHP Sheet, mark and cut the square measuring 8” x 8” in size. Similarly cut a same sized square from the card paper. Stick the cut OHP square from the rear side of the pigeon with Fabric Glue. Put Tri Colour sequins in between the OHP sheet and paper and sandwich and stick them at the ends with Fabric Glue. STEP 4
Paint the outline of the pigeon with Acrylic Colour Black 02. Let it dry.
STEP 5
Write the message inside the card “Happy Independence Day” with Tri Colour using Acrylic Colour Light Green 12 and Orange 17. Leave it to dry. Leave it to dry.
