Fevicol MR, Papers, Sketch pen, Pencil and Scissor.

STEP 2
Draw and cut it. (for legs)
STEP 3
Fold the paper for the Puppy’s legs as shown in the picture.
STEP 4
Stick the Puppy’s face with Fevicol as shown in the picture.
STEP 5
Stick Puppy’s eyes, ears, nose and tail with Fevicol.
STEP 6
Draw the Puppy’s mouth and spots with sketchpen and Ur cute Puppy is ready. Yippeeee!
