STEP 1
Take a full impirial sized white paper. Create a floral and leafy ornamental design in the traditional Persian art form style as seen in the main image. Having an approximate size of 38'' in length and 29'' in width.
STEP 2
Take the beige polycot fabric having a big width. Cut the fabric to make 6 panels for the partition. Each panel would measure 42" x 32" in size, excluding a 1'' margin on all the four sides. Place the design sheet below each cut fabric leaving an even border all around and trace the design on the fabric. Paint the outline with Liquid Embroidery - Zardozi Gold. Paint all the 6 panels. Leave it to dry.
STEP 3
Mark the design area with a fabric chalk that needs to have the cutwork effect. Paint the rest of the motifs which are to be left uncut using Soft Acrylic Sparkling Pearl Colours - Poppy Red, Dark Blue, Turquoise Blue, Golden Yellow, Silver, Golden Green and Cherry Red. Paint all the 6 panels. Leave it to dry. After drying start burning out the area meant for the cutwork using an insence stick. Refer to the image.
STEP 4
Now take the golden coloured polycot fabric. Cut the fabric in the size of each panel. Take two painted design panels and stick both the painted panels back to back by sandwiching the piece of golden fabric in between. You will get such 3 panels for your partition.
STEP 5
Border each panel with the olive green coloured polycot fabric by stitching it to give a finished look. The visible border should approximately be 4''.
STEP 6
Frame each painted panel. Here you have the completed look of the partition which you can use in your drawing room or in the bedroom.
