You Will Need:
Fevicol MR General Purpose Glue, Slotted Quilling Tool, Super Quiller, Paper sheets, Mount board, Scissor

Quilling with left over craft paper sheetsSTEP 1
Take A3 size long paper, cut 2 to 3 inch width strip paper, fold on one side approx half inch then glue it with other half to make a loop then cut the length into small quill loops then glue it on any mount board to form the frame.
