Create a stunning floral border on an off-white cotton palazzo using the vibrant Kerala mural style. This project blends traditional art with modern fashion, perfect for adding a touch of elegance to your wardrobe.
STEP 1 : Draw the Design
- We are going to paint a palazzo with a floral border design, inspired by designs seen in temples in Kerala, in the Kerala mural style.
- Take A3 white paper and draw a floral design in the size of the lower portion of the palazzo.
- Take a plain off-white cotton palazzo.
STEP 2 : Trace the Design
- Trace the design on it with yellow carbon paper.
STEP 3 : Paint the Design
- Start painting the design by giving a watery wash effect using Fabric Colours - Burnt Sienna 201, Black 202, Chrome Yellow 203, Orange 217, Sap Green 221, and White 227.
- Let it dry completely.
STEP 4 : Final Look
- Your palazzo will look like this.
