Stone, Fevicryl Sunflower Kit, Fine Art Brush, (For mandala)Dotting tools or toothpick.

Paint the stone with a base colour preferably white or black.
Let it dry completely.
STEP 2
Then using fine-tipped brush, paint design of your choice.
For mandala,use toothpick or bobby pins for dotting(if you don't have dotting tools).
