Navaratri Wall Decor With Kutchi Bharat Design
You Will Need:
Fevicryl Fabric Colours Golden Yellow 209, Orange 217, Fevicryl 3D Outliner Green 704, Yellow 703, White 707, Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Fine Art Brushes, A3 White Paper, White Carbon Paper, Pencil, 1 Meter Red Cotton Fabric, Colourful Pom-Poms, Round Foil Mirrors, Red Wool, Kawri, Scissors, Ruler, Ear Buds, Colour Palette, Water Container

STEP 1 : Construct the base
- We are going to make the wall decor piece on fabric inspired from Kutchi Bharat and Sindhi kadhai work.
- We have used 2 to 3 embroidery stitches in this wall piece along with the Bandhani effect dots on it.
- Take 1 meter of red fabric. Mark and cut the piece of fabric which will be tapered towards bottom.
- Cut 2 such pieces.
- Take A3 papers, draw the design from Kutchi Bharat and Sindhi kadhai on it in the size of the fabric.
- Trace the same design on the fabric with white carbon paper.
STEP 2 : Stick foil mirrors
- Stick the foil mirrors appropriately on the design using Fabric Glue.
- Let it dry.
STEP 3 : Start painting
- Start painting the design by giving the bandhani dots with ear buds using Fabric Colours Golden Yellow 209, Orange 217.
- Let it dry.
- Start painting the embroidery design using 3 D outlines Green 704, Yellow 703 and White 707
- Leave it to dry Completely.
STEP 4 : Fill the design
- The finished design on the fabric will look like this

STEP 5 : Assembly and finishing
- Cut along the outlines of the painted fabric evenly.
- Attach the piece of buckram from the back along with same red fabric using Fabric Glue.
- Let it dry.
- Attach and enhance the wall piece using colourful pom poms and kawri with needle and thread.
- Your wall piece is ready.
