You Will Need:
Fevicryl Acrylic Colours - Chrome Yellow 03, Crimson 04, Lemon Yellow 11, White 27, Cerulean Blue 32, Fevicryl - Water Based - Glass Colours, Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Fine Art, Colour Palette, Water Container, Small Glass Bottle Caps, A4 Sized Paper Canvas, Colourful Beads, Single Punch, A4 Sized Leather Piece, Cord, Scissors, Pencil, Ruler, Leather Cord.

We are usually at a loss when we have to think for a different and cool mother’s day gift idea. A bracelet is a rather innovative and hep idea that you could think of gifting your mom on her day. She could wear it with pride and flaunt it happily. You could be inspired with this project, use colour combinations that you feel are your Mom's favourite ones. Take an A4 sized paper canvas to make a lovely bracelet for your mom.
Draw a rectangle measuring 2” x 10” in size (as per the size of your mom's wrist).
Cut along the outlines with a pair of scissors.
Paint the paper canvas strip using Acrylic Colour - White 27.
Leave it to dry.
STEP 2
Paint the strip in a marbling effect using Water Based - Glass Colours - Sea Blue 853, Pink 856, White 858 and Acrylic Colours - Chrome Yellow 03, Lemon Yellow 11, White 27.
Leave it to dry.
STEP 3
After drying, your marbled effect strip will look like this.
STEP 4
Take 3 glass bottle caps.
Paint the caps using Acrylic Colour - White 27.
Leave it to dry.
STEP 5
Paint the caps with a second coat using Acrylic Colour - Cerulean Blue 32.
Leave it to dry.
STEP 6
Stick the painted bottle caps on the painted canvas strip using Fabric Glue.
Leave it to dry.
STEP 7
Take colourful beads of your choice and stick these beads around the bottle caps with Fabric Glue.
Let it dry completely.
STEP 8
The bracelet will look like this after sticking the beads.
STEP 9
Write each letter M O M on each of the 3 caps in a fancy font or however you desire.
We have drawn a heart in place of the “O”.
Paint the words using Acrylic Colours - Crimson 04 and White 27.
Leave it to dry.
STEP 10
Take an A4 sized piece of leather.
Cut the leather in the size of the painted marbled strip of paper canvas.
Stick the painted paper canvas on the piece of leather using Fabric Glue.
STEP 11
Your bracelet will look like this after sticking it on the leather.
Stick few beads randomly on the painted strip using Fabric Glue.
Leave it to dry.
STEP 12
Punch holes on the edges of the bracelet.
Pass the leather cord through the punched holes for fastening on the wrist.
