Upload Your Own CreationsMake small and big leaf shaped diyas this Deepawali season. Take a leaf impression on a white coloured natural clay and model them into diya shapes. Colour them in Sparkling or Pearls colours of your choice to add that extra glitter.
Take a lemon sized ball of white coloured natural clay
Make a thin slab using a rolling . the slab made is about 3mm thick
Take a small sized peeple leaf or any leaf of your choice from the garden
Place the peepal leaf's rear side down on the slab and roll on the leaf using a rolling pin
Remove the leaf
Turn the edges upwards to make a diya shape
Make 5 such diyas
Paint these leaf shaped diyas using Pearl Colours - Turquoise Blue and Rose Pink in a shading manner
The clay diya in the centre is painted using Turquoise Blue
Make 2 parallel outlines of the leaf shape with Fevicryl Liquid Embroidery Glitter - Silver on each diya
Leave it to dry
Stick white coloured ornamental stones in between the two parallel lines using Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue
