You Will Need:
3D Glitter Outliner-silver, Red, Green, Gold ,Fabric Glue, Colorful Stones, White Carbon, M.D.F board, black velvet cloth

Krishna Wall Frame
STEP 1
Stick the black velvet cloth on the M.D.F board with the help of fabric glue.
STEP 2
Now trace the face on the cloth with the use of white carbon. Outline the face with silver 3D.
STEP 3
Apply the stones with the help of fabric glue on the crown and jewellery.
STEP 4
Apply the drops of silver 3D on the both side of face and smudge it with the finger.
