• We are going to make the toran with jute fabric using Fabric Glue for sticking. • Take plain white paper; draw a simple shape of the flower on it. • Take Blue coloured jute fabric and place cut out of the flower on it.

• Mark and cut the flower out of it.

• Similarly, we have to cut two more flowers smaller than this out of the blue and the pink coloured jute fabric. • Your cutout flowers will look like this.

• Take the cutout of the flowers and cut the slit till the centre of each flower with a pair of scissors. • Overlap the cut shape on to the other and secure the ends by sticking it with Fabric Glue. Let it dry. • You will get a conical effect 3 d flowers. • Refer to the image.

• Take these 3 d flowers stick these flowers one on the other starting from the bigger flower to the smaller to create layered flower using fabric Glue. • Leave it to dry completely.

• Take pink coloured ornamental stone and stick in the centre of the flower with Fabric Glue. • Let it dry. • You have to make 5 such flowers.

• Similarly make the layered flowers with 2 pink and 1 blue jute fabric for latkan. • Make 6 such flowers. • Refer to the main image.

• Take the blue and pink coloured jute fabric. • Mark and cut the broad strip measuring 39” x 5” in size in blue fabric and 39”x 2 ½” in pink fabric. • Stick the pink fabric on to the blue fabric along with the golden tissue lace on the border with Fabric Glue. • Leave it to dry completely.

• Stick the layered flowers on the broad jute strip on equal distance with Fabric Glue. • Let it dry. • Take the rectangular shaped glass mirrors and stick it in between each flower with Fabric Glue. • Leave it to dry completely.

• Enhance the broad strip by sticking the ornamental stones, half cut pearls using Fabric Glue. • Leave it to dry completely. • Refer to the image.

• Take the golden tissue lace, stick the pink layered flower on it and attach the metal bell towards the end and secure it with Fabric Glue. • Leave it to dry completely. • Attach these flower and bell latkan towards the bottom edge on the broad strip using Fabric Glue. • Enhance the petals of the flowers with the dotted lines on the edge of the petal with 3D Outliner White 707. Let it dry.
