This fabric house key holder is a charming and practical addition to any home. Hand-painted designs adorn the fabric, adding a touch of artistic flair to everyday organization. It's a stylish way to keep your keys easily accessible and adds a decorative element to your entryway. This unique key holder brings both function and art to your home decor.

STEP 1 : Procure the base & stick house shape
  • We are going to make the house shape key holder using old Tie and dye fabric pieces, canvas sheet and Mouldit. 

  •  Take the canvas sheet, mark and cut 2 house shapes out of it, stick the 2 house shape sheets one on the other with Fabric Glue in such a way the rear back of the canvas will appear on the top side, let it dry. 

  •  Leave 1 broad strip towards the bottom side. 

STEP 2 : Create texture on house
  • Take the 3D outliner White 707 and comb to create the texture on the walls of the house. Let it dry.  

  • After drying paint, the texture wall with Acrylic Colour Neon Pink 018 and White 27. 

  • Let it dry. 

  • Prepare and cut the fabric for detailing 

STEP 3 : Shapes for the house
  • Take the fabric pieces of Tie & Dye and cut the roof and door shapes for the house.  

  • Refer to the image.  

  • Ensure while making the finishing touches, insert the flat wooden stick towards the bottom side further to attach the hooks for keys.  

STEP 4 : Finishing Touches
  • Assemble and stick the cut pieces for the roof, door, window and the base of the house neatly using Fabric Glue.  

  • Let it dry. 

STEP 5 : Create clay flowers
  • Take the Moudit resin base & hardener, mix well to make even dough. 

  • Take the dough, roll it to make the slab, mark and cut a few flowers using flower plunger out of it. 

  •  Let it dry. 

  •  Paint the flowers with Acrylic Colour White 27 and Chrome Yellow 03.  

STEP 6 : Finishing Touches
  • Paint the dotted line design on the roof as well as on the walls of the house using 3D Outliner Yellow 703, Burnt Sienna 706 and White 707. 

  • Let it dry.  

  • Stick the flowers with leaves aesthetically to depict the garden of the house using Fabric Glue.  

  • Let it dry.  

  • Insert the metal hook on the wooden stick, refer to the image. 

  •  Attach the fabric loops on the top side and the woolen tassels below for the enhancement.  

STEP 7 : Final Look
  • Your house key holder from the waste tie and dye fabric is ready.
