Create these simple keychains this wedding season and gift it to the bride and groom to form a never-ending bond between the two.

STEP 1 : Source the base material

We are going to make “His and Her key chain” in shape of crown using the metal finger rings and Mouldit. Take 2 finger rings for the same.

STEP 2 : Preparing the dough

Take Fevicryl Mouldit – resin base & hardener, mix well to form even soft dough.

STEP 3 : Clay slab technique

Roll the dough to make a medium thick slab using a rolling pin.

STEP 4 : Cover the rings

Cover the metal rings with little amount of the clay using Fabric Glue for sticking. Create the texture on the ring using clay carving tools.

STEP 5 : Build the crown shape

Take the clay to build the shape of the crown on the metal finger ring using clay carving tools and Fabric Glue. Let it dry. Attach the key chain attachment on the top side of the crown. Refer to the image.

STEP 6 : Paint the crown

Paint the crown in shade of antique gold using Fevicryl Acrylic Colours Black 02 and Pearl Metallic Gold 352. Let it dry. Refer to the image.

STEP 7 : Enhancement of crown

Enhance the crown shape by painting the outline as well as write “His and Her” with Fevicryl Acrylic Colours White 27, Cerulean Blue 32 and Neon Pink 018. Let it dry. Stick the ornamental stones with casing using Fabric Glue. Let it dry. Attach the keys to the keychain. Refer to the image.

STEP 8 : Final look

Your final key chains will look like this.
