Make these beautiful coasters with hearts all around and gift them to your loved ones this Valentine’s Day.
STEP 1 : Source the base material
- Take 2 MDF coasters measuring 5” in diameter.
- We are going to make coasters for occasion of Valentine’s Day.
STEP 2 : Paint the base coat.
- Take the coasters, paint them with a base coat of Acrylic Colour White 27. Let them dry.
STEP 3 : Draw and paint the design.
- Draw a design with small and large hearts in a composition style on the coasters.
- Paint the hearts with Fevicryl Acrylic Colours Black 02, Chrome Yellow 03, Crimson 04, Dark Green 06, Lemon Yellow 11, Light Green 12, Maroon 14, Orange 17, Pink 18, Prussian Blue 19, Violet 25, White 27, Flesh Tint 30, Cerulean Blue 32, Sky Blue 63, Deep Brilliant Purple 64, Salmon Pink 65, Teal Blue 68 and Pastel Colours from the Kit.
- Let it dry.
STEP 4 : Paint the patterns.
- Draw and paint patterns on the hearts like the polka dots, zig- zag lines, dotted lines, tiny flowers and radiating lines using the appropriate colours along with the word “Love” on both the coasters. Let it dry.
STEP 5 : Final look
- Your coasters for gifting are ready!
