Halloween Streamer

You Will Need:
Fevicryl Acrylic Colours Black 02, Chrome Yellow 03, Golden Yellow 09, Lemon Yellow 11, Light Green 12, Orange 17, White 27, Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Fine Art Canvas Sheet, Fine Art Brushes, Pencil, Scissors, Black Cord, Colour Palette, Water Container
Description :
It is time to party! Halloween party calls for some special décor too. Here is a cute streamer DIY for some inspiration.
STEP 1 : Cut the base
• We are going to make the streamer for the Halloween.
• Take the canvas sheet, mark and cut the triangles for the streamer measuring approximately 6” x 5 ½” in size.
• We need 5 such triangles.
STEP 2 : Drawing the design
• We are going to paint the different motifs on each triangle. Draw the Halloween motifs like Jack – o – lantern, spiders, spider web, skulls, and bats on each triangular shape.
• Take one of triangles with the design of the skulls.
STEP 3 : Paint the design
• Paint the skull design on the triangle with Acrylic Colours Black 02 and White 27.
• Let it dry.
• Write the words “ Boo Boo” on it using Acrylic Colour Black 02.
• Let it dry.
STEP 4 : Drawing Halloween motifs
• Take the canvas sheet draw the motifs like witch, ghost, bat, pumpkin, and haunted house on it.
STEP 5 : Painting the motifs
• Paint the motifs with Acrylic Colours Black 02, Chrome Yellow 03, Golden Yellow 09, Lemon Yellow 11, Light Green 12, Orange 17 and White 27.
• Leave it to dry.
• Cut along the outlines of the motifs with a pair of scissors.
STEP 6 : Painting all the triangles
• Similarly make 4 more triangles using different designs like the pumpkin – o – lite, the spiders, the spider web, the skulls, and the bats and paint it with Acrylic Colours Black 02, Chrome Yellow 03, Golden Yellow 09, Lemon Yellow 11, Light Green 12, Orange 17 and White 27.
• Let it dry completely.
STEP 7 : Assembly
• Take a black cord; stick the triangles on it along the cut out motifs at the base of the triangles using Fabric glue.
• Leave it to dry.
