You Will Need:

Hobby Ideas Glass Colours Water Based - Golden Yellow 852, Crystal Green 854, Hobby Ideas Glass Outliner – Black, Fevicryl 3D Outliner Non Sticky Glitter - Silver 402, Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue, Clay - Green, Yellow, OHP Sheet, A4 sized White Paper, Pencil

Description :

Try making this Dragon Fly sitting on the grass. You can keep it on your table top or make it in to a wind mobile.

STEP 1

Draw the wings of the dragon fly on an A4 sized white paper and trace it on an OHP sheet using 3D Outliner Non Sticky Glitter - Silver.

STEP 2

Fill in the wings of the dragon fly with a mosaic pattern using 3D Outliner Non Sticky Glitter - Silver and leave it to dry for 20 mins.

STEP 3

Draw the grass pattern on an A4 sized white paper as shown in the image.

STEP 4

Place an OHP sheet on the white paper and trace the pattern on the OHP sheet using Glass Outliner - Black. Leave it for 5 min.

STEP 5

Colour the grass in green shades made by mixing Glass Colours - Water Based - Golden Yellow and Crystal Green in different proportions.Leave it to dry for 20 min.

STEP 6

Stick the edges of the OHP sheet with No Stitch Fabric Glue to a form a cylindrical shape. Leave it to dry.

STEP 7

Take I Clay - Green and make a round ball for the head of the dragon fly.Make two tiny ball for the eyes.

STEP 8

Place the tiny balls on the head on the two lateral sides.

STEP 9

Press the balls to make the flat eyes.

STEP 10

To make the body of the dragon fly attach one small ball of green clay just behind the head. Take I Clay – Green and Yellow and mix it a little to get the marbelled effect and make two small balls.
