Diary Cover

You Will Need:

Fevicryl Fabric Colours Black 202, Chrome Yellow 203, Orange 217, Ultramarine Blue 223, White 227, Cerulean Blue 232, Leaf Green 262, Sky Blue 263, Teal Blue 268, Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Fine Art Brushes, Colour Palette, Water Container, White Pencil, Half a Meter Poplin Fabric, Small Wooden Bead, Scissors, Ruler.

Description :
Here is a perfect project to celebrate Womanhood! Make it for yourself or give it as a gift, this batik cover dairy is sure to be cherished.  
STEP 1
Take a half meter poplin fabric. Cut the fabric in the size of your personal diary, mark the fold line to cover the diary.
STEP 2
Take the fabric; dampen it with a little amount of water. Paint in shaded wash effect using Fabric Colours Chrome Yellow 203, Orange 217, Ultramarine Blue 223, Cerulean Blue 232, Leaf Green 262, Sky Blue 263 and Teal Blue 268 respectively. Leave it to dry. Make some impressions randomly on the painted fabric with the help of the varied sizes of bottle caps using Fabric Colour Black 202. Leave it to dry.
STEP 3
Cut the marked lines neatly. Cut the small strip of the painted fabric to make the loop for the diary using Fabric Glue.
STEP 4
Cover your personal diary with this painted fabric and stick the ends using Fabric Glue. Stick the loop along with the wooden bead with the Fabric Glue. Leave it to dry.
STEP 5
Draw a few butterflies randomly on the front and the back side of the diary. Paint the butterflies in batik style using Fabric Colour White 227. Leave it to dry.
STEP 6
Your diary will look like this from the rear side.
STEP 7
Write “Womaniya” in Hindi and paint it in batik style using Fabric Colour White 227. Let it dry.
