Take an empty pringles container or any tin box clean it. Next paint it with white n pink as per your choice let it dry. Now take decoupage tissue tear the desired image and adjust where u want to paste it. Now apply Modge Podge on the surface and gently place the paper, now press it very gently with light pressure till it sticks. Then apply couple of Fevicryl Modge Podge layers n let it dry... Later decorate it with some dots using Fevicryl 3D Outliners.
