Decoration For Independence Day In School - Streamer

You Will Need:

Fevicryl Acrylic Colour - Orange 17, Dark Green 06, Ultramarine Blue 23, Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Fevicol MR, Fine Art Canvas Sheet, Pencil, Eraser, Yellow Carbon Paper, A3 Sized Drawing Paper, Blue Cord

Thinking of a classroom decoration for Independence day? Try your hand at this vibrant streamer. This streamer is a very interesting and engrossing activity that helps kids get decoration ideas for Independence day in school.
STEP 1
Take an A3 sized drawing and draw 6 equilateral triangles of 6 cms each. Take a ready circular mandala design bigger than the triangles and trace it in a composed manner on all the triangles differently using a yellow carbon paper.
STEP 2
Trace the same design on the canvas sheet along with the triangles using yellow carbon paper. Outline the design on the canvas using Fevicol MR. Leave it to dry.
STEP 3
Cut the triangles from the canvas sheet, keeping the extra canvas on one side for making a loop for tying. Sponge dab 2 textured triangles using Fevicryl Acrylic Colour - Orange 17, 2 triangles using Dark Green 06 and the remaining 2 using Ultramarine Blue 23.
STEP 4
After it dries, peel off the Fevicol MR from the canvas sheet to get a blank area where the design is traced.
STEP 5
Arrange the triangles starting from orange, blue and green from left to right and stick the blue cord on the top of all the triangles and fold the extra canvas kept for the loop and stick it using Fevicryl Fabric Glue.
