Dangler Fish
You Will Need:
Fevicryl Acrylic Colours (Prussian Blue 19, Cerulean Blue 32, Orange 17, Turquoise Blue 22, Teal Blue 68, Crimson 04, Leaf Green 62), Fevicryl Fabric Colours (Golden Yellow 209) Fevicryl Mouldit, Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Mirrors, Colourful Beads, Thread/Wool, Recycle CD, Clay Modelling Tools, Carbon paper, Fine Art Brushes, Colour Palette, Water Container.

Description :
These vibrant dangler fish, crafted from colorful clay, add a playful and whimsical touch to any space. Whether hung in a window, a child's room, or a garden, they bring a sense of joy and movement. These handcrafted pieces are sure to delight and inspire, adding a touch of underwater wonder to your surroundings.
STEP 1 : Prepare the clay
- Take Fevicryl Mouldit – resin base & hardener, mix well to form an even soft dough.
- Roll the dough to make a medium thick circular slab using a rolling pin.
- Put the clay on the recycled CD.
- Use Clay modelling tools and give the circular base shape of a fish and add more clay to the fins.
- Let it dry.
- Refer to the image.
STEP 2 : Draw the design
- Take the carbon paper and trace the design using yellow carbon paper.
STEP 3 : Cut the fish shape
- Cut along the outlines using paper cutter. Create the details with clay modelling tools.
- Take the old CD and stick the fish on the Cd using little amount of the clay and Fabric Glue.
- Pierce the holes on the fins of the fish, further to attach the thread.
- Let it dry.
STEP 4 : Paint the design
- Pick Fevicryl Acrylic Colours (Prussian Blue 19, Cerulean Blue 32, Orange 17, Turquoise Blue 22, Teal Blue 68, Crimson 04, Leaf Green 62) and paint all the parts of the fish.
- Once the colour dries, stick the round shape mirrors on the fish with Fabric Glue.

STEP 5 : Finishing Touches & Final Look
- Make a small hole at the edges of the fish’s fin and put the thread in.
- Move the wooden beads inside to lock the knot so that the dangler doesn't open.
- Here’s your colorfully crafted fish dangler all set to be hung and used at your home or office.
