Description :

Transform a plain glass bottle into a picturesque countryside scene adorned with charming houses, trees, and shrubs using Mouldit and acrylic colors. This project involves preparing the clay, building the landscape on the bottle, painting the base coat, and adding intricate details to the bottle.

STEP 1 : Procure the base
  • Obtain a plain glass bottle from scrap. This bottle will be transformed into a scenic countryside landscape using Mouldit.
STEP 2 : Prepare the clay and build the houses on the bottle
  • Mix Fevicryl Mouldit resin and hardener thoroughly to create an even dough.
  • Use the dough to sculpt a paved road with tiny pebbles, houses, shrubs, and trees around the houses using clay building techniques and clay carving tools. Use Fevicryl Fabric Glue for sticking the clay elements onto the bottle. Allow it to dry completely.
STEP 3 : Paint the base coat
  • Paint the remaining area of the bottle with acrylic Colour White 27 mixed with a small amount of talcum powder to create a base coat. Let it dry.
STEP 4 : Paint the bottle
  • Paint the houses on the bottle and the skyline behind them using Fevicryl Acrylic Colours Burnt Sienna 01, Black 02, Chrome Yellow 03, Crimson 04, Dark Brown 05, Dark Green 06, Light Green 12, Prussian Blue 19, Violet 25, White 27, Cerulean Blue 32, and Deep Brilliant Purple 64. Ensure that the colors capture the essence of a serene countryside scene. Let the paint dry completely.
