Bottle Decoration With Tealite And A Tray

You Will Need:

For the Bottle decoration : Fevicryl Acrylic Colours - Dark Green 06, White 27, Sky Blue 63, Fevicryl Non Sticky Shilpkar, Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Fine Art Brushes, Wooden Bottle Shaped Tealite / Candle Holder, Recycled Glass Bottle, Jute Yarn, Wooden Beads, Lace, Scissors, Water Container, Colour Palette, Rolling Pin. For the Tray : Fevicryl Acrylic Colours - Dark Green 06, White 27, Sky Blue 63, Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Fine Art Brushes, MDF Wooden Tray, Water Container, Colour Palette, Ornamental Plastic Beads

Description :
For the Bottle decoration: A beautiful pale aqua shaded bottle that is a tealite holder. It is something that can be placed in your verandah amidst planters to render that perfect ambience. A great handmade gift too. 

For the Tray:  An attractive tray in teal blue with a running pattern that sets it apart altogether. The intricacy of work is the highlight of the tray. Use it for special occasions and can be a good handmade gift. 
STEP 1
Take a recycled glass bottle. Paint the bottle in a shade of light blue using Acrylic Colours - White 27 and Sky Blue 63. Leave it to dry.
STEP 2
Take Shilpkar - resin base and hardener, mix it thoroughly to make even dough. Take the ball of dough, roll it to make a thin slab. Draw the oval shape with two concentric ovals inside it. Cut out each oval shape. You will get 4 oval shapes from the clay slab. Draw and cut a small sized butterfly from the remaining clay. Stick the butterfly on the small sized oval shaped slab using Fabric Glue. Leave it to dry.
STEP 3
Take some clay and make small and big roses using the pinching technique. Make about 40 to 50 such flowers.
STEP 4
Paint the oval shapes, butterfly and the roses using Acrylic Colours - White 27 and Sky Blue 63. Leave it to dry
STEP 5
Stick the oval shapes on the painted bottle with the lace around using Fabric Glue. Leave it to dry.
STEP 6
Stick the roses around the lace along with the jute yarn using Fabric Glue. Leave it to dry.
STEP 7
Take the bottle shaped wooden tealite / candle holder. Paint the holder using Acrylic Colours - Dark Green 06, White 27 and Sky Blue 63. Leave it to dry.
STEP 8
Take the Shilpkar - resin base and hardener, mix it thoroughly to make an even dough. Take some dough, make small balls out of it. Shape the small balls into petals. Create few lines as textures with a paper cutter on each of the petals. Assemble each petal to make the flower. Make about 18 such big and small flowers
STEP 9
Stick the flowers on the painted wooden candle holder using Fabric Glue. Leave it to dry.
STEP 10
Paint the flowers in a light shading effect using Acrylic Colours - Dark Green 06, White 27 and Sky Blue 63. Leave it to dry. Stick few green coloured wooden beads on the top side of the wooden holder with Fabric Glue. Tray :
STEP 11
Take an MDF wooden tray. Paint the tray with Acrylic Colour - White 27. Leave it to dry.
STEP 12
Draw few ornamental motifs on the tray. Refer to the image.
STEP 13
Paint the ornamental motifs using Acrylic Colours - Dark Green 06, White 27 and Sky Blue 63. Leave it to dry. Enhance the ornamental design and the border of the tray with ornamental plastic beads using Fabric Glue. Let it dry.
