You Will Need:
Fevicryl Neon Colours, Fevicryl Pearl Metallic Gold, Fevicryl Acrylic Colour Black, Fine Art Flat Brush(for painting the base colour black), Dotting tools.

STEP 2
When dry paint it using Fevicryl Acrylic Colour Black, let it dry.
STEP 3
Choose your mandala design either from any design book or you can think of your own pattern.Take dotting tools.
STEP 4
Use colour combination as per your choice and complete the design.
Once finished let it dry.
