Tricolor Tea Light Stand

You Will Need:

Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Fevicryl Acrylic Colors (White, Orange, Leaf Green, Light Green, Prussian Blue, Ultramarine Blue, Cerulean Blue, Sparkling Pearl Sliver, Sliver Powder), Wooden Clips ( 24 Big And 13 Small ), 2 Small Mdf Circle Cutouts (3 Inch), 2 Tea Lights, 2 Tea Light Holders, Wooden Beads, Brush

Description :

Simple, neat and interesting representation of our patriotism to our Indian National Flag and to our country in the form of a spiked tea-light made using Fevicryl Fabric Glue. There is always light at the end of the tunnel.

STEP 1 : Wooden clips
  • Take 24 big wooden clips as seen in the image and 13 small wooden clips  
STEP 2 : Separation of the clips
  • Remove the pin that is holding the two wooden pieces of the clip together.
  • Do this for all the clips (big and small)
STEP 3 : Painting of the clips
  • Paint the clips in the colours of our Indian national flag with the help of Fevicryl Acrylic Colours White, Orange, Leaf Green, Light Green, Prussian Blue, Ultramarine Blue, Cerulean Blue.
  • Let it dry.
STEP 4 : Sticking of the pieces
  • Stick the two separated pieces to each other as seen in the image above.
  • Stick it using Fevicryl Fabric Glue.
  • Let it all dry.
STEP 5 : Smaller clips
  • Similar to the bigger clips, separate the smaller clips and paint them only in white and blue as seen in the image using Fevicryl Acrylic Colours White, Prussian Blue, Ultramarine Blue, Cerulean Blue.
  • Let it dry
STEP 6

Take 2 tea light holders.   

STEP 7 : Painting of the holders
  • Paint the holders using Sparkling Pearl Silver and Silver powder.
  • Let it all dry
STEP 8 : Sticking of the holder
  • Take 2 small mdf circle cutouts (3 inch) and paint them using Fevicryl Acrylic Colour white.
  • Let it dry
  • Once dried, stick the tea light holder in the middle as shown in the image.
  • Stick it using Fevicryl Fabric Glue.
  • Let it all dry
  • Do this for both the tea light holders.
STEP 9
  • Sticking of the coloured clips.
  • Stick the coloured clips on to the wooden base around the holder in the order you can see in the image given.
  • Stick it using Fevicryl Fabric Glue.
  • Let it all dry
STEP 10
  • Make two such pieces.
  • Make sure to stick them neatly and evenly as seen in the image given.
  • Stick it using Fevicryl Fabric Glue.
  • Let it all dry
STEP 11
  • Place the pieces next to each other such that the orange clip sits next to the small white clip as seen in the image.
  • Stick it using Fevicryl Fabric Glue.
  • Let it all dry
STEP 12
  • Painting of wooden beads.
  • Take small wooden beads and paint them blue using Fevicryl Acrylic Colours Prussian Blue, Ultramarine Blue, Cerulean Blue.
  • Let it dry.
STEP 13
  • Stick the wooden beads on the wooden base as seen in the image above. Stick 2 lines of these beads on both the wooden bases.
  • Stick it using Fevicryl Fabric Glue.
  • Let it all dry.
STEP 14
  • Once the beads are stuck, this is how the tea-light stand will look.
  • Place the light in the stand as seen in the image.
STEP 15

This BEAUTIFUL Tri Colour Tea-Light stand is ready to be used on our Independence Day to bring in some warmth and light into our patriotic hearts.
