Tie And Dye Pattern Frames With Krishna Silhouette
You Will Need:
Fevicryl Fabric Colour Black 202, Crimson 204, Violet 225, Teal Blue 268, Fine Art Brushes, Half a Meter Cotton Fabric, Thread, Needle And Thread, Pencil, A4 White Paper, Black Carbon Paper, Colour Palette, Water Container

Krishna is the center of all rasas and cultured life. This DIY is a testimony to the absolute being Krishna is. A mélange of tie and dye patterns and silhouttes this will be a lovely addition to any muted décor.
STEP 1 : Take the base
- We are going paint the pieces of the fabric in Tie and Dye style and the painting of Krishna figure in silhouette manner on it.
- Take the piece of the fabric measuring approximately 8” x 10” in size.
- Fold the fabric in such a way that it will form a triangular shape.
STEP 2 : Tie the fabric
- Tie the thread on three cones of the triangular shape, by leaving 1” gap from the edges.
STEP 3 : Make other patterns
- Similarly take other two fabric pieces, fold to make the triangular shape, mark the flower petals on it.
- Refer to the image.
STEP 4 : Make running stitch patterns
- Make the running stitches on the marked line with needle and the thread.
- Your tied fabric pieces will look like this.
- Refer to the image.
STEP 5 : Paint the fabric
- Paint the tied fabric pieces with Fabric Colours Crimson 204, Violet 225, and Teal Blue 268.
- Let it dry.
- After drying remove the thread to get the desired effect.
- Iron the fabric appropriately further to paint the silhouette figures of Krishna.
STEP 6 : Draw and paint the silhouette
- Take A4 white papers, draw three different poses of Krishna in silhouette style on it.
- Trace the same design on each fabric piece with black carbon paper.
- Start painting the figure in Fabric Colour Black 202.
- Let it dry.
STEP 7 : Final look
- Final painting will look like this.
