STEP 1
Take a 10 by 15 inches card paper.
STEP 2
Using a flower punch make flowers from the three sheets of paper.
STEP 3
Here are the flowers.
STEP 4
Draw an outline of India gate on the card paper.
STEP 5
Stick the flowers using Fevicol MR on to the paper as per the pattern. Embellish the center of the flowers with small pearls or silver glitter.
STEP 6
Draw and cut a silhouette of a soldier from the black sheet. Paste it in the centre of the card.
STEP 7
Write Republic Day greetings at the top of the card with black acrylic colour.
