Fevicol MR, Paper Quilling Strips, Slotted Quilling Tool, Super Quiller, Scissors, CD

Take an old CD and use it as a base, quill the face and the body of the doll using the quilling needle and pushing it out from the center to give the desired shape.
STEP 2
Make the hat by quilling paper into tight quills and the push out the centre quill. Make the small quilled flowers, the tree trunk using a tight coil and the leaves with loosely coiled strips.
Make the fountain by using a loose coil and partly coiled strips.
Add small plants using comb quilling and teardrop shape.
STEP 3
To make the figures sturdy, you can coat it with Fevicol MR mixed with few drops of water.
