First of all you need to make a frame of a star shaoe, you can use anything for making the frame. Here I have used ice-cream sticks and pasted them using Fevicol MR.

Then you need to tie a piece of thread somewhere on the frame extending it to the middle as shown in the picture.

Now you can stick the pistachios shell on the frame using Fevicol MR.

You need to make a small paper circle of diameter 1 -1.5 cm .

You can take 5 - 6 pista shells and stick on the circle forming a flower.

Press a bead at the centre of the flower.

Now paint the star and the flower. Here I have used violet and pink alternatively for the star, and yellow for the flower.

Take a piece of cellotape and stick the flower you have made on the thread tied on the star.

Your christmas star is ready. Hang it anywhere you like.
