Paisley Wooden Clutch

You Will Need:

Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Fevicryl Fabric Colour Golden, Wooden Clutch, Paper, Pencil, Yellow Carbon Paper, Buckram, Brush, Scissor, Jewellery Cutter, Different Shapes and Size Stones (Golden), Diamond Chain, Golden Halfcut Beads. Kundan (Circle and Triangle Shape), Flowers Shape Pink Colour Stones

A small and compact coffee table with mirrors as spiral table top: a nice addition to your living room made completely using Fevicryl Fabric Glue.

STEP 1 : Selection of base
  • Take a wooden clutch as seen in the image.
STEP 2 : Make the patches
  • Take a piece of buckram fabric
STEP 3
  • Paint the buckram fabric using golden paint
  • Let it dry
STEP 4 : Tracing
  • Transfer the motif design on to the buckram fabric using pencil and yellow carbon paper.
  • Trace as many as you want.
STEP 5
  • Using various stones and diamond chain, decorate the motif as shown above
STEP 6
  • Around 12 pieces have been created based on the size of the clutch.
  • Stick it using Fevicryl Fabric Glue.
  • Let it all dry
STEP 7
  • The different stones that were used to embellish the paisley design.
  • Once the stones have dried, cut the motifs out using fabric scissors.
STEP 8
  • Place the paisley patches on the clutch as shown in the image.
  • Stick it using Fevicryl Fabric Glue.
  • Let it all dry
STEP 9 : Sticking of fillers
  • Stick various small stones in different sizes to cover up the space between the paisley patches.
  • Stick it using Fevicryl Fabric Glue.
  • Let it all dry
STEP 10
  • Stick them on the sides as well as seen in the image
  • Stick it using Fevicryl Fabric Glue.
  • Let it all dry
STEP 11
  • Stick on the top of the clutch as well as on the opening as seen in the image.
  • Stick using Fevicryl Fabric Glue.
  • Let it all dry
STEP 12
  • Your ornate paisley wooden clutch is ready to be paired with your new sharara or your favourite embellished saree.
