You Will Need:

Fevicryl Premium Fabric Glue, Golden / Yellow Colour Cotton Silk / Art Silk Fabric, Brown Colour Cotton Fabric, Thin Sponge Sheet, Paper, Pencil, Scissor, Embellishment Material ( Different Types And Shapes Of Stones , Sliver And Golden Cutdana , Golden Small Size Cutdana , Golden Beads , Golden Brown Cutdana , Jarkan, Diamond Chain , Golden Designer Chain, Clips, Yellow / Orange Colour Thread, Needle, Barbecue Stick

Description :

Elegant and stylish gold shoulder jewellery that can be worn on any plain dress to elevate the look and turn it into a party wear made using Fevicryl Fabric Glue.

STEP 1 : Select the base

Take 2 pieces of fabric, one gold/yellow in colour and the other would be brown.
Gold/yellow will be used as the top part and brown as the bottom part.
Silk/ cotton silk/art silk fabric will be used as the top part where the work will happen
Cotton fabric will be used for the base.

STEP 2 : Construction

Construct a semi circle on the top base as well as the bottom base measuring 4” in height and 10” length.
Draw the semicircle using a compass and fabric pencil.
Make sure to leave 0.5” on all the sides for folding and finishing.
Draw this on the lower base fabric as well.

STEP 3 : Cutting and folding

Cut the semicircle using fabric scissors.
make small cuts on the 0.5” space near the curve.
These help in folding the curve edge better.
Stick these corners using Fevicryl Fabric Glue.
Let it dry.
Do the same with the lower base fabric piece.

STEP 4 : Embellishments

Take various types of stones and beads and embellishments as seen in the image above.
Take different kinds of metal chains and 2-3 pins that can be used at the back of the ornament.

STEP 5 : Sticking

Using the materials, embellish the top semicircle base as seen in the image given.
Make sure to fill each and every gap in the design.
The design is upto the individual making it as well as on the embellishments they have.
Use Fevicryl Fabric Glue to stick them all
Let it all dry completely

STEP 6 : Dangler

Using needle and thread, start making danglers of various heights ( short to long) or all of the same heights.
Use cutdana and gold beads to make the danglers

STEP 7 : Attachment of danglers

Take the danglers and insert them at the back of the ornate piece with one stitch as seen in the image given.

STEP 8 : Attachment of danglers

This is how the danglers will look once they are all attached.
They take the shape of a “v” here as seen in the image.

STEP 9 : Foam Sheet

Take a foam sheet and cut 4” in height and 10” length with a semicircle
Do not leave 0.5 inch around

STEP 10 : Sticking the foam sheet

Take a foam sheet and stick it at the back of the ornate piece as seen in the image
Stick it using Fevicryl Fabric Glue.
Let it dry
Take the bottom piece of the semi circle (dark brown) and stick it on the foam using Fevicryl Fabric Glue.
Let them all dry

STEP 11 : 2 pieces

Make 2 such pieces in total as shown in the image
Make sure to attach the pins at the back using Fevicryl Fabric Glue.

STEP 12 : Final look

The ornate shoulder jewellery patch is ready to be worn on any simple garment u own to bring it to life with bling and glitter!.
