It's a mdf cutting for a name plate with paper mache work.
STEP 2
After applying Primer use dyes colour as the base colour.
STEP 3
Wipe extra colour with wet cloth then apply Fevicryl Acrylic colours of your choice, apply varnish and decorate with cone work and stones.
