Fevicryl 3D Outliners, Sequins, Mirrors, Stones.
Description :
This is completely done using Fevicryl 3D Cone Outliners, very easy to use, royal look at. I love Fevicryl products.STEP 1
First I drew outline the fabric. Then I used outliner for entire picture. Add details where ever it required. Stuck sequins and mirrors using Fabric Glue then cut the fabric in a circle.
