This beautiful shilpkar medal made by you on the occasion of Republic Day symbolises patriotism but a personal touch to the day.

how to do it yourself

STEP 1:-

Medal Of Bravery  - Step 1 | Hobbyideas

Take Hobby Ideas Shilpkar resin and hardener base mix it thoroughly to form even dough.
Make the ball of the dough.

STEP 2:-

Take dough ball.
Roll the dough ball further with rolling pin to make a flat base.

STEP 3:-

Insert the Flower Making Wire into the base to make the loop.
Let the base dry.

STEP 4:-

Take shilpkar dough.
To make the star take 5 small balls and shape them to make 5 arms of the star.

STEP 5:-

Take 1 small ball and stick it into the middle of the star.
Leave it to dry.

STEP 6:-

Stick the star on the flat base using Fevicryl Hobby Ideas No Stitch Fabric Glue.
Also engrave the design of the star on to the base by using the pencil.

STEP 7:-

Paint the base using acrylic colour Pearl White 301.
paint the star using Pearl Metallic Gold 352.
Enhance the medal using 3D Cone Outliner Non Sticky Glitter Gold 401.

STEP 8:-

Take the tricolour ribbon.
Stick the tricolour ribbon on the Blue Ribbon using No Stitch Fabric Glue.
After drying loop the medal through the ribbon.

Fevicryl Non Sticky Shilpkar, Fevicryl Acrylic Colours Pearl Metallic Gold 352, Pearl White 301, Fevicryl 3D Cone Outliner Non Sticky Glitter Gold 401, Fine Art Brushes, Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue,Palette.Water Container, Flower Making Wire, Blue Ribbon, Tricolour Ribbon, Pencil, Scissors.
