You Will Need:
Fevicryl Acrylic Colours Chrome Yellow 03, Dark Green 06, White 27, Fevicryl Neon Outliners Pink, Orange, Yellow, Green, Fine Art Brushes, Pebbles, Colour Palette, Water Container

Could one imagine simple pebbles can actually look so exotic. Yes they can with Fevicryl 3D Neon Liners. They come in bright and happy colours like pink, yellow, green and orange. These can be placed in the midst of plants and creepers for them to really stand out in a rockery.STEP 1
Take pebbles to decorate it with neon outliners.
STEP 2
Paint two pebbles with light shade of yellow made by mixing Acrylic Colours chrome yellow 03 and white 27 and the other pebble with Dark Green 06.
Let it dry.
STEP 3
Paint the mandala design on the painted pebbles with Neon Outliners Pink, Orange, Yellow and Green.
Leave it to dry completely.
