You Will Need:

Fevicryl Acrylic Colours Black 02, White 27, Sky Blue 63, Fevicryl 3 D Cone Outliner Non Sticky White 707, Fevicryl 3d Neon Outliners, Fevicryl Water Based Glass Colours Kit, Fevicryl Mouldit, Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Fine Art Brushes, 12” X 12” Piece Of Plywood (6mm), A3 White Paper, Yellow Carbon Paper, Pencil, Ornamental Glass Mirrors (Small and Medium Size), Colour Palette, Water Container.

How lovely is this peacock made in Lippan art style using Fevicryl Mouldit! Made on a base of recycled ply this is one of the best use of waste.

STEP 1 : Source the base

• Take 12” x 12” size piece of plywood.

STEP 2 : Painting the base

• Paint the piece of plywood with the base coat of Acrylic Colour White 27. • Leave it to dry.

STEP 3 : Drawing the design

• Take an A3 white paper; draw the outline of the peacock with the feathers on it. • Trace the same design on the piece of painted plywood with a yellow carbon paper.

STEP 4 : Mixing Fevicryl Mouldit

• Take Mouldit resin base and hardener; mix it thoroughly to make even dough.

STEP 5 : Making coils

• Take the dough; roll it to make the medium thin sized coils out of it. • Let it get semi dry.

STEP 6 : Outlining the design

• Take the coils and outline the peacock design by sticking it with Fabric Glue. • Let it dry.

STEP 7 : Making the border

• Take the coils and create the border design around the peacock. • Your finished design with the coils will look like this.

STEP 8 : Painting the design

• Paint the background of the peacock with Acrylic Colour Sky Blue 63. • Let it dry. • Paint the feather fan and the border design with water based Glass Colours Golden Yellow 852, Pink 856 And Orange 860. • Let it dry.

STEP 9 : Enhancing the Peacock

• Enhance the peacock feather fan, the border design by sticking the small and medium sized ornamental mirrors with Fabric Glue, as well as paint the small triangular pattern in between the borders and on the body of the peacock with the 3D Cone Outliner Non Sticky White 707 and 3D Neon Outliners Pink. • Let it dry
