You Will Need:

Fevicryl Acrylic Colours Neon Pink 018, Fevicryl Fabric Colours Lemon Yellow 211, Light Green 212, Pink 218, White 227, Deep Brilliant Purple 264, Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Fine Art Brushes, A4 White Paper, White Carbon Paper, Pencil, Ruler, Jute Yarn, Half A Meter Dark Blue Fabric, Ornamental Stones, Sequins, Glass Beads, Colour Palette, Water Container.

STEP 1 : Making the base

• We are going to make the jute and fabric coasters. • Take jute yarn, roll it to make a coil sticking it with Fabric Glue. • Let it dry. • Make sure that the jute yarn coaster should be measuring 4” diameter in size. Make 4 such coasters.

STEP 2 : Drawing the design

• Take an A4 white paper; draw a Mughal style flower motif design in the circle of 3 ½” diameter. • Take dark blue coloured fabric; mark and cut the circles from the fabric measuring 4” diameter in size. • Trace the same design on the fabric circles with white carbon paper.

STEP 3 : Paint the base coat

• Paint the flowers with the base coat of Fabric Colour White 27 to create the base for neon colours and the leaves with Light Green 212. Let it dry.

STEP 4 : Paint the design

• Paint the design with Acrylic Colours Neon Pink 018, Fabric Colours Lemon Yellow 211, Light Green 212, Pink 218, White 227 and Deep Brilliant Purple 264. • Let it dry.

STEP 5 : Stick the fabric

• Fold the extra fabric neatly and stick it on the jute coil with Fabric Glue. • Let it dry. • Similarly make 4 more coasters.

STEP 6 : Enhance the design

• Enhance the floral design by sticking ornamental white stones and pink sequins using Fabric Glue. Leave it to dry completely.
