Hart Earrings

You Will Need:

Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Small paper heart( desired size), Cotton silk fabric, Fevicryl 3D Outliner Pearl White, Earring hooks, Wire for extension, Thread (red), red and white bead, Half cut pearl, Fabric scissors, Fabric chalk/ pencil.

Description :
Valentine’s day is all things cute and red! How about making a heartfelt gift for your Valentine this year? Here is just the DIY to inspire you and something can be done in a jiffy too! Go make some – ‘ HART earrings’.
STEP 1 : Cut out the heart
Draw and cut a heart made out of paper. The size of the heart can be according to your requirement for the earring. This heart was cut out from a 2” x 2” square paper piece.
STEP 2 : Cut the squares
Cut 5 squares measuring 2” x 2” from the red cotton silk fabric. Use fabric scissors to cut them.
STEP 3 : Trace the heart shape
Trace the heart shape on to the fabric piece using fabric pencil/ chalk. Once you are done drawing the heart, trace it with Fevicryl fabric glue as seen in the image above to avoid frays. Let it dry.
STEP 4 : Cut 5 hearts
Cut the heart out using fabric scissors. Cut 5 such hearts.
STEP 5 : Attach earring hooks
Take earring hooks, extension wire as seen in the image above. This will help us in making the heart earring.
STEP 6 : Attach the Moti
Connect the hook and the extension as shown and attach the red bead and the moti at the bottom. Make two such attachments.
STEP 7 : Paste the thread
Take the red thread and wrap it around the extension as seen in the image above. Stick it using Fevicryl Fabric Glue. Let it dry.
STEP 8
Take one heart piece and apply Fevicryl Fabric glue to it. Let it semi dry. Attach the glue side to one side of another heart piece.
STEP 9 : Stick the Hearts
Once each side of the hearts is stuck, apply Fevicryl Fabric Glue in the middle and place the hook with beads as shown in the image above. Apply some Fevicryl Fabric Glue on it as well.
STEP 10 : Attach the Hearts
Attach the rest of the hearts to each other like shown before to complete the earring. Each side of the heart is stuck using Fevicryl Fabric Glue. Let it dry.
STEP 11 : Outline with 3D Outliners
Make stitch marks on the edges of the hearts as shown in the image above using Fevicryl 3D Outliner pearl white. Do this on all the sides. Let it dry.
STEP 12 : Paste the half cut Pearls
Take the half cut pearls and stick them on the hearts using Fevicryl Fabric Glue as see in the image above. Do this on all the sides.
