Draw the design on the thick chart paper and cut the design using paper cutter.
STEP 2
Now put the designed chart paper on the black chart paper.
STEP 3
Dip the sponge in the required colour and dab it on the design, leave it to dry.
STEP 4
Finally paint the border using flat brush and leave it dry.
