STEP 1
Take an A3 sized white paper.
Draw a circle the same size as that of a round placemat.
Draw a rangoli design in the circle.
Cut along the outlines of the circle.

STEP 3

STEP 4
Enhance the rangoli design by outlining it with 3D Outliner Non Sticky Pearl - White.

Decorate the rangoli by sticking few white round and teardrop shaped ornamental stones with Fabric Glue.
