You Will Need:

Fevicryl Acrylic Colours - Black 02, White 27, Fevicol MR, Fine Art Brushes, A3 Sized White Handmade Paper, A4 Sized Pink And Navy Blue Card Papers, Pencil, Scissors, Water Container, Colour Palette.

Description :

A pretty and dainty card for your mom for Mother's day. Being handmade it would hold a lot of sentiments for her. You could write your own personalised message for your mom in the card. Use colours that are her favourite ones and make the cats too in colours that you fancy. Make her day special by making this card and surprising her on the occasion of Mother's day. It is the perfect handmade cards for mother’s day project for the kids and teens. Do try it out with us.

STEP 1

Take an A3 sized white coloured handmade paper.

STEP 2

Fold the paper in such a way that the two opposite sides should overlapped each other.

STEP 3

Open the overlapped flaps and draw a cat on one of the flaps and a kitten on the other flap.

STEP 4

Your cat and kitten would look like this on the flaps.

STEP 5

Cut and remove the paper around the cat and kittens with a paper cutter. The cutouts would look like this.

STEP 6

Take the pink and navy blue card papers and draw two similar cats on it.

STEP 7

Cut along the outlines of the cats with a pair of scissors. Stick the pink and blue cats on the white coloured cutouts of the cats using Fevicol MR.

STEP 8

The cats will look like this after being stuck on the white card paper.

STEP 9

Paint the features of the cats using Acrylic Colour - White 27. Leave it to dry. Write a message “JUST FOR U MOM” on the card. One of the coolest handmade cards for mother’s day, you will enjoy doing this to the hilt and your mom will love it too.

STEP 10

Paint the message using Acrylic Colour - Black 02. Let it dry. Your card for your mom is ready. Mother’s day handmade cards are always something special.
