Ganesha On Leaf
You Will Need:
Fevicryl Acrylic Colours Burnt Sienna 01, Black 02, Dark Green 06, Sap Green 21, White 27, Leaf Green 62, Sky Blue 63, Fevicryl Acrylic Colour Pearl Metallic Gold 352, Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Fine Art Brushes, Rolling Pin, Clay Carving Tools, Paper Cutter, Natural Leaf ( Peepal Tree), Colour Palette, Water Container

STEP 1 : Mix Fevicryl Mouldit
- We are going to make the Ganesha idol with Mouldit on to the Mouldit leaf with haldi kum kum holder and incense stick holder.
- Take Mouldit resin base and hardener, mix it thoroughly to make even dough.
STEP 2 : Roll the dough
- Take the dough, roll it to make the medium this slab with a rolling pin.
STEP 3 : Make the clay leaf
- Take the natural leaf we have taken banyan tree leaf, place it on the slab to get the rear side impression of the leaf.
- Remove the excess clay around the leaf shape.
- Let it dry.
- Refer to the image.
STEP 4 : Make the clay Ganpathi
- We are going to make the Ganesha with terracotta effect.
- Take the dough, add Acrylic Colour Burnt Sienna 01.
- Take the coloured dough, shape it to make the hands, the stomach, the legs, the head with truck, the ears, the crown with the help of the clay carving tools to create respective shapes and texture. Stick the body parts together with Fabric Glue.
- Let it dry.
STEP 5 : Paint the leaf platter
- Paint the leaf platter with the shade of Green using Acrylic Colours Dark Green 06, Sap Green 21 and Leaf Green 62.
- Let it dry.
STEP 6 : Assembly and Finishing
- Take some clay to make the haldi kum kum holder and the incense stick holder out of it.
- Pierce the holes on the incense stick holder.
- Paint the haldi kum kum holder and the incense stick holder with Acrylic Colours white 27 and Pearl Metallic Gold 3562. Let it dry.
- Stick the Ganesha idol, the haldi kumkum holder and the incense stick holder on the leaf with Fabric Glue. Let it dry.
- Paint the details of Ganesha like the crown the , the garments, the jewellery and facial details with Acrylic Colours Black 02, White 27, Sky Blue 63 and Pearl Metallic Gold 352.
- Let it dry.
