Ganesha Decoration With Fanfold And Roses

You Will Need:

Fevicryl 3D Outliner Non Sticky Glitter - Gold 401, Fevicol MR, Tinted Papers (Dark Green, Red, Yellow), Pencil, Scissors, Quilling Tool

Description :

This craft activity will enhance your makhar / ganpati makhar and make it more attractive and vibrant. Use innovative paper folding techniques and make these kinds of Ganesha and festive decorations at home. These quilled roses make pretty Ganpati decoration ideas at home.

STEP 1
Take 6 sheets of full imperial sized green card papers. Fold the paper in the fanfolding technique. Make 6 such fans.
STEP 2
Join the 6 fanfold sheets by sticking it with Fevicol MR in such a way to make the big round shaped fan as shown in the image.
STEP 3
Take red and yellow coloured card papers.
STEP 4
Draw circles measuring 14" in radius. Draw about 13 red coloured and 10 yellow coloured circles.
STEP 5
Cut each circle spirally from the outer circumference to the centre of the circle.
STEP 6
Quill the spiral cutouts with a quilling tool. Refer to the main image.
STEP 7
Stick the end of each flower with Fevicol MR. Make about 13 red and 10 yellow coloured flowers.
STEP 8
Arrange and stick these flowers on the round shaped fan around the idol of Lord Ganesha with Fevicol MR. Enhance the edges of the flowers by dabbing it with Fevicryl 3D Outliner Non Sticky Glitter - Gold 401 Leave it to dry.
